Logo Not Showing in Emails

Hello
I added my logo in the email in Email Style but it is showing as broken in Outlook.
How can I get it to show.

Do you have the website URL entered correctly in Website X5?
WO: "1 General settings" - 3 field under General "URL of website"!
You can see this if you look at the link to the logo image in the email.
