I have made a project with X5 Professional 12 Demo. If I buy Evolution 12 will open / import the project made with Pro 12 demo and all images BW will now be full color and so on?

Hello Marius,
No, projects created in a more advanced edition of WebSite X5 cannot be opened in a lesser edition.
If you wish to open the demo project you have made then you would need to purchase the corresponding full version, in this case Professional 12.
