How can I change some of the default text in the shopping cart.  For example it starts out..."The following table lists all products..."  And it says "Choose the shipment and payment mode you prefer..."  and in the confirmation it says, "Your order has been correctly sent and will..."  

I'd like to edit this text to more fit my business and I can't find the way to get to that text to edit it.  I use Evolution 12.
