Version 13 stops responding - will not startAutor: Wayne B.
After downloading the new v13 I went through the activation process with apparent success. Then after pressing the "Start" button it starts to load, then simply stops working with a Windows message that said a problem has caused the software to stop working.
Reinstalled 4 times. Same result. Downloaded from Incomedia again, same result. My Versions 11 and 12 run perfectly on this computer. It appears once more that this software has been rushed out too quickly and is not ready for general use. I wanted to upgrade to the Professional Version for a long time and this appeared my best chance - can you please suggest something or put out an update to solve the issue, which some others also appear to have?
