Strange, try a restart of pc, if it does not help make a printscreen, I have some difficultie in understanding wath you mean with opening main window. Do you mean preview? Or a page?

I tried lot of things to do, nothing worked, I re-installed.

When the application is launched, there is a moving green strip in the app´s window and there are some signs like "library updating", "opening the main window". Right after that the app is launched. In my case, the app didn´t launch.

What kind of pc do you have? What operating susytem ?

Yes, there was Win update installed meantime, including Net frames update. I guess these upadtes may cause X5 malfuctioning. (?)

It can depdend on this. In this case proceed to disable the .NET Frameworks again and then uninstall them with this tool:
