Cannot export or publish website

I cannot export or publish my website. My server host is telling me it is not on their end. I keep getting numerous errors, 'cannot connect to server', 'error in folding creation, please try later' etc, etc.... I need someone to look into this for me. I have tried to publish on both X5 v13 and X5 v12 - both with no success. Keeps telling me to check my publishing parameters when nothing has changed and I know they are correct.

Have you tryed setting the destanation folder empty and the connect? If this works you need to set it manualy after that X5 willask you to set it again. Try also to set the simultanios connections to 1 for test. Play with the passive setting and set gzip compression off.
If all does not work you could try to cennect with filezille, this is a free ftp program, you can upload the site then by letting x5 export the site to disk and then upload that then with filezilla.
This is a workaround but gives you the time to upload and see if another programs works or has same issues.
