False Advertisement - New Version 
Autor: Amanda O.I just downloaded the newest version of Website X5 Pro based on the email I received explaining the newest features. I previously hadnt paid for the updates because they didnt apply to the website that I was building. But the newest features seemed to apply to my needs. So, I paid the cost and now I find out that I cant even use the advertised features unless I buy credits and pay for them, for example the page seperators. I feel blindsided and like the email I received was false advertisement - it does not say that the new objects will need to bought on top of paying for the newest version. I have been a long time customer of Website X5 and this is the second time they have let me down. Buyers beware that you are not receiving new objects with the update.

Hi, it doesn't look like you need to purchase any additional items for the features included in the new update. Are you sure? Have you checked the updated Website X5 guides explaining how to use the new functions? According to the guides, everything seems to be already included in the new software update.

I did a chat with website x5 AI within the program and they said I need to purchase those objects.

Hello Amanda,
while it is true that there are optional objects with the purpose of applying a separator with different styles, for example animated ones, the feature described by the update refers to the shapes you can apply in the Section Style settings to better separate the different sections, and this option does not require any purchase.

I just tested this, but the icon with the function is grayed out for me, meaning it's not working.
What needs to be selected or configured in the grid beforehand so that the icon isn't grayed out?

that is how it was for me, I had to make the background a color, or I am guessing a gradiant, image, etc. To the right in that drop down, once i change the background to a color the shape icon was no longer grayed out.
Now I understand the principle.
The background colors must be selected for both objects in order for me to select the shape and for it to work, see 2 screenshot below
