When you purchase credits, you have 1 year to use them or else they expire. I see that the 4 credits you mention, expire on 09/03/2017 so you still have a month's time to use them, you might find something interesting for you before that date!

Yes, I also think it is not fair that pionts have validity time - I bought them and I would like to use them... but what do I should if there is nothing interesting to buy?
I think there are no tax rules or other regulations for such validity time so it is only decision of Incomedia to take money for free...
My example: object in 15 languages but no Polish and it is completly useless for me.
