Try please to export the project as IWZIP file and then import it back in the program and then check if the export on disk is working again.

I've tried it, but it's not working

its same problem i have, seem that picture, file names in project are too long (pls try to check incomedia/prieview/ these folders images, gallery and files. and try to short it by renaming it and inserting into project from new.

Check please if in your project you added a file like an image with a long name and in case replace it with the same file with a shorter name. Try also to export in another folder with a shorter path.
