Greetings,
WebSite X5 Update 13.1.2.10
I updated the program to this version and since then when I try to start the program (website x5), I get this message

"The customer does not have the right to do so" and exits. The same happens if I try to "run as administrator"

What should I do?

Awaiting your answer

Thank you in advance

Laszlo M.

Try a restart of pc and start update, maybe some files are still active.

Else download the full version from your profile. (top right button next to your name -> download)

after that restart en run the full version.

I tried restarting the PC, but it didn't work.

I downloaded it again, but got the same error. After that, I tried uninstalling the program and installing again, but I couldn't even install it, because it gave me the same error "User doesn't have the right". I tried installing the previous version, which came out last autumn, but I couldn't install that either, and it gave me this error: "Error 5: Access denied; Execution cannot be done in temporary folder".

Everything worked before the current update, but since then, I keep getting these errors, and I have to keep working.

Please suggest a solution as soon as possible.

Thank you

Hello Laszlo M.,

Please try to install the program with the right click as administrator and once done run it as administrator with the right click option.

As it seems you are not administrator and you don't have the privileges on your windows account.

As alternative create an administrator account in windows and then use this one.

Many thanks!

Hello Claudio D.,

The problem, as it turned out, was that a possible virus called "Secure-A" didn't allow me to install WebsiteX5 (all other applications worked fine for some reason). After I completely deleted Secure-A, I could easily reinstall WebsiteX5 and everything worked fine.
