Ftp Filling Error for New Version

My problem is that I fill it smoothly with the 2023.2.8 version, but as I refresh it to the latest version (3.10) it cannot connect to the FTP and I have not changed anything.Plus, I have another website I upload it smoothly and I am with the same hosting provider.If I come back to version 2.8 I can recharge it again.What might be the problem?

Spaces can creep in during an update. Therefore, check the FTP parameters, especially the FTP password.

Everything three times I ran everything the same, nothing is written.If I enter the same username, password pair into an external FTP uploader, enter the storage smoothly.The version switching causes an error not by the typo.

Hi Eric,According to the error, the same data has been entered, although nothing is changed, and if I give this data Winspc, I can smooth the FTP connection smoothly.I send pictures, my storage provider is FullHosting.euthanks

WebSiteX5 complains about the lack of database access data.
The push notifications are probably activated, which require a database in the new versions.
Do not select the “Enable push notifications” checkbox if database access is not set up in WebSiteX5.

ad Daniel mentioned, this seems to be about the Database parameters rather than the FTP ones.
If the project contains any setting/object/function that requires a database to work, you will be prompted to add the paramaters for that.
In addition to the setting mentioned by Daniel, also check this one, in Step 1 - Statistics and code.
If it is not one of these settings, perhaps there is a contact form or something else that is set to send the data to the database rather than by e-mail.
