I have been unable to import free user template into my proffessional x5 -13 . I downloaded the file as winrar and i have been having issues importing the files and i don't the reasons to that. Please can you explain to me in full details what i need to do in order to import these templates easily without problem. why i can't import the downloaded files?

can't you unrar this file and then import it? Where did you get it?
You can't import rar files, you need to extract the files to your desktop then import the iwzip file.

in order to import a Full Template you need to follow these steps:
