I will request refund. How can i do this? What is the procedure?
I bought the website x5 V14 professional at September 8,2017 with 60 day moneyback quarantee.I want to get my money back. The reasons: There are too few new things/features in it and they are also useless for me.And some of the old features have disappeared from the program.
Thanks!

Hello Győző
Because of features that has disappeared, I also asked for a refund. INCOMEDIA told me to contact Cleverbridge. This is not correct. Cleverbridge answered this : cleverbridge does process orders and payments for INCOMEDIA, but they make all decisions regarding refunds for their products. They ask that all customers contact them directly for refund approval.
Requesting a refund is easy. Simply send them a message at:
***
Try to give as much detail as you can, that can speed up the approval process significantly. If your refund is approved,
INCOMEDIA will contact cleverbridge and we’ll get your money refunded as fast as we can.
I provided a mail with the reference I got from Cleverbridge in the invoice ( from the buying of ver. 13 ) and sent the mail to the address given.
Now I have got a message that the refund has been done and that I will get my money in a few days.
Hope you are helped by this.
Kind regards

That is from when they had the accept from INCOMEDIA.
Kind regards

It's starting to be funny. :)
I wrote to cleverbridge (in contact form) to refund. They replied that I write to Incomedia ( register (@) incomedi (dot) eu)
When I wrote to Incomedia they replied ( from sales (@) incomedia (dot) eu ) that I Write to CleverBridge (cs (@) cleverbridge (dot) eu).
It's a joke?

I copied the cleverbridge answer to Incomedia and the refund process has begun.
