Raymond - it took forever to find the sales cart - the image is to help others locate the cart :-)

But you are quite right, on completion of order (I proceeded with the non paypal option which I assume was pay later) I also received a "generic error" as on your screen shot.

Login on http://www.supajet.com/admin/login.php with the username and password you find in step 1 - access management and then go to the test section and test all the email script types to see which one works correctly on your hosting space.

Once you have found an email script which works, in the project go to step 1 data management and set this email script type and then export the project again online.

In the preview it is simulating the procedure since it requires functionalities only available online on a hosting server.

thanks for the hints, 

finally it happen because of the database, it show in the dashboard DB connection error.

I test and release the stock folder and change to "send data to email" instead of send to database, the error gone.
