How to use template from v14 to v14 pro

I am using Version 14 and Ive just upgraded to Version 14 Pro to just find out that the Pro is an older version. I want to use one on the themplates in Version 14, but cant as its newer... Does that mean i cant use my templates on the Pro?

I think you may need to update the Pro version to have the latest version in progress?

Ive checked the updates on the Pro and it tells me that it already the latest version, but its still older than the V14
Logically you can download the latest version on your user profile, download section...
