Even after order shopping cart does not get empty  en

Related to website

1) Even after some one place order and submit the form for order.

The products orders remain even after he/ she orders next time.

What need to be done to stop this issue.

2)

All messages dont work in my Android APK (Mobile App)

I have imported WebView and Url to APK only. The app works fine but with some issues

a) same issue related to order, the order does not get empty

b) I cannot use button empty shopping cart it does not work in the Mobile App

c) I cannot remove item from the shopping cart at all

Please guide me how to resolve these issues.

Rohit, I assume you are using stock standard WX5 shopping carts?

Sadly I cannot reproduce this problem (& have a number of shopping carts on a number of sites).

I have marked this post for Incomedia's attention, but they do not work over weekends and have May 1st as a holiday. Please be patient.

I am not using any stock std shopping carts

have a look at my web portal and make an order it is cash o delivery. So you need not worry.

After placing that order. close the web site and try to order again without clearing any cache from the browser.

the previously ordered products too will be listed in the new order, means it is not clearing the cache of previous orders which are already placed/ ordered.

and let me know if any way to clear that cache as it is a major issue for my web portal.

I placed an order (PLEASE DO NOT SEND IT), I note that at completion of the process the page does not eventually go back to the webite home page or offer any continue order options, and there is no menu.

At this point my sites clear the cart (remove the cookies)

Why is there no menu - are you creating your shop somehow without a template??

I am sorry - I can shed no light on your mystery, but do suspect you have done something that stops the process completing.

Perhaps someone reading this can shed some light?

I got the order you placed thanks.... no to worry I only supply to my local pin code in new delhi only.

1) How to go back to my site after the order is placed ?

if you know what i need to do to get back to website again after placing order do let me know.

2) Actually I left the software about 20 years back, so little knowledge of responsive site for Mobile. Just created my first website using Website X5, ver12.

Hi Rohit.

I placed a test order on your website and couldn't find any issue with it, except for the graphic styling which might cause a little confusion to the user, considering it looks like the template was not used there or something similar.

I got to the end of the order correctly. I was not redirected to the homepage as it is not something the software does automatically, but after I went back to the home page, the cart was clear.

Can you test this from another pc too? I wasn't able to ecnounter this specific issue.

Should i give you the APK (Mobile APP) of my website?

1) it has same issue of order remains there until I clear the Cache and Data of App from Settings

Also

2) Some buttons like removing the item from shopping cart don't work

Empty Cart dont work

3)

and it does not display any message like when the product is added to cart it does not display the message also when order is less than 100 it does not display message if i try to continue in shopping cart.

I cannot attach APk here as max 1mb file can be attached. And my APK file is 1.5MB.

So you need to give me an email where i can send it.

Hi Rohit.

is everything working as expected on the online website though?

If so, unfortunately there is no way for us to tell what is going on inside the Android's Webview, and thus the Staff cannot offer support for this kind of implementation.

I suggest you search for documentation directly online since it might be a common issue of websites shown this way.
