Preview NOT WORK

Hi all,
WebSite X5 (v.16) - The preview of the sites, blocks in editor, text editors... doesnt work. The text blocks are clear (cant write in to the them now). This is happening in all projects.
Can someone help me please?

2 suggestions:
- Try to recreate the complete preview by pressing CTRL + preview buton in same time.
- Close WSX5. Delete all contents into preview directory. Restart WSX5. The preview directory will be regenerate

I solved by deleting the config.xml file in this path on your PC:
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Professional
P.S. you must necessarily activate the display of "folders, files and hidden drives" in Windows otherwise the AppData folder indicated in the above path (and consequently all the other folders contained in AppData) you will never see them and "you will not get" to the config.xml file. See screenshots below (on italian PC)...
