If placing the image in the header background or header in step2 Template, Template structure, you can use a different image specifically cropped and resized for every resolution.
OR
You can place the header image in step 2 template, Template Content. If you do this you can place an image object that will fill the whole header area if you wish and you can move the image in front of or behind other objects.
Then you can visit each of the resolutions and resize the image object so it fits the width. If done correctly this will scale the image down as appropriate to the width.
This technique is extremely useful when the graphic is a logo and/or text as an image because it can be resized as appropriate.
Of course you can also do as in Template Structure, add the prefectly sized image to your header, then hide for lesser resolutions and place a different image perfectly sized and cropped for the lesser resolution.

thank you for the answers I received
Maybe I did not write clearly
I want to put header image in a cell like "Dynamic Content" or a normal text cell
Hope you understand my English
Thank you for answering
Hello. In the Dynamic Content you must assign values in percentage to the image size (100%, or 70% or 50%, depending on your needs) and only in this way the image will adapt to the various resolutions. Do not use pixel values for the image if you use Dynamic Content.
... header ...!? ... ... elastic image ...!? ...
1) ... attach the image "imagename.jpg" to the project, leaving "files" as the destination folder proposed by default; (>▪Files linked to HTML code);
2) ... in the header insert an "HTML Code Object";
3) ... in this "HTML Code Object" to load the image "imagename.jpg", paste this code:
<img src = "files/imagename.jpg" width = "100%" />
.
