Problems with some browsers displaying website correctly  en

Hello,

I am noticing that my website, http://www.genycisbeats.com is not displaying properly on some browsers, more specifically to mobile device browsers.  I have a slightly older Samsung tablet and my children have a newer Samsung tablet.  Oddly enough, when I go to the website on my home computer, there are no problems.  When I access it on my children's newer tablet, there are no problems.

However, when I access it from my older Samsung tablet, there now seems to be a problem, as well with my older Android phone, whereas there weren't problems a few weeks or so ago.

The site is displaying all butchered up and misaligning things.  I found this out today when testing a page that I'm trying to play around with to get the shopping cart to work before I create a new website, and I saw the problems there and then noticed that it's all across the website.

While I know my phone is an older phone, the website DID display properly even on it a few weeks ago, and now seems to be off, and I didn't do anything different to the website's Resolution or Responsive Design settings, nor did I do anything to the Template Structure either.

When I do the testing on the previews, everything seems fine there.  But when I go on my actual phone, or on my older tablet, it's all jumbled up and not aligned.

You can also see the issue on this page here on my site:  http://www.genycisbeats.com/sound-packs-test.html

Some of the BUY Buttons seem off on certain mobile devices.  There are no problems at all on any of the browsers on computer, but given most people use mobile devices, this is a major problem if more devices are seeing these mistakes and leaving my site.

Thank you in advance for your help with this matter.  Do let me know if you have glitches on your mobile device on both of the above links, and if so, what device you were using when you noticed the jumble.  Thanks!

German, can you update or use an alternative browser on your older devices?

In the past few weeks did you upload your site after updating to WX5 v17?

Hello Esahc,

Thank you for the reply.  I checked within the Chrome browsers on each of the devices, and on Chrome, it works though on my mobile, the parallax portions of the site don't, but wondering if that's because of my phone being older or maybe Chrome being older on it.

With both of the devices, it seems that on their default internet browser apps, that's where the issues are.  And as far as I can remember, it worked prior to the version 17 update so maybe there's an issue with the update that caused these default browsers to not properly display?  Not sure.  I have indeed uploaded the site though after the upgrade, so I'm guessing it may be the upgrade to 17 that's now causing the issue, as I know that on the default browsers, the site was working fine on each device and now it's not.

German, there are indeed issues with parallax, this is one of a number of posts

https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pl/post/204521

And there will also be some issues with older browsers because of the new technology introduced in WX5 v17. With Android devices it is an annoyance that to the best of my knowledge can be overcome with the use of an alternative browser, but I understand that on old Apple Hardware there is no workaround.

Hi German.

As you correctly noticed, older Android default browsers won't be able to display the website's properly.

Since v17, a new technology has been implemented into the software, which is now used to greatly speed up some software's elaboration time.

This technology is unfortunately not compatible with greatly out of date browser, and for which no workaround exists.

Should you find this to be the case for some of your older browser, there is unfortunately no other way but to use a newer one to visit the same website

Let me know if I can provide more information on the matter

Thank you

Stefano
