Good day. I am having a problem with updating website x5 V17.0.8 to version 17.0.11 which is now available.

When i try to update the message i keep getting the following message  " an error occurred while running the program please reinstall the program". i have already uninstalled the program 2 times using revo uninstaller and made sure i uninstall the left over files in local disk C:users/johnbryant/appdatta/local/incomedia.

please help me in this regard

Are you installing v17.0.8 and updating (can be a problem caused by anti-virus/malware protection/firewall)

or

Are you going to your profile (top right this page), selecting download and doing a clean install of v17.0.11 (this should NOT be a problem and you can also get your license key from the same place)

Please download the new version from the "Download" section of your Help Center account, then please follow the normal installation procedure. If you receive any error message, please post a screenshot, so I can see what happens.
