Good day I can not use your software although I paid the loans for temples from poza2.jpg I can not use my error.
I tried to download a free template but I do not know why it does not load it see poza1.jpg.

The two roses are in attachment

Hello there, 

thank you for your message. 

Please delete the WebSite X5- Professional folder in C:\Users\Your Windows Username\AppData\Local\Incomedia. Please repeat this operation for each user you have on your PC, then start the program. 

If you are in a hurry, you might want to install the program on another PC, so to verify if you can start your projects and download your templates normally there.

Hi!

Please follow these steps:

1) Delete  the WebSite X5- Professional folder in C:\Users\Your Windows Username\AppData\Local\Incomedia

2) Repeat this operation for each user you have on your PC

3) Uninstall the program

4) Delete all the files which are still present on the installation path

5) Download the latest version and repeat the installation

I took your requirements into consideration but the software does not work!
I want to refund the amount I've allocated for the software. The software went ok 30 days after this period did not work.

Hi, 

I am really sorry about this, and I understand your point. I had forwarded the issue to the developers, so they can look  into it. They have reported that the issue seems to be due to some particular rights set for the folder in question. Can you please start the software as administrator and try again?

Also, I have noticed that you have purchased the PetsVet full template: please go to the "Download" section of your Help Center account, section "Full Templates". You will be able to download the template there and get an .exe file. Then, please install it, so to get an iwzip. You will then be able to import the iwzip file you got normally.

Hi!

Please find here the steps you need to follow to import the Full Template:

1. Click on the green button with your name on it (top-right) then select "Downloads"

2. Select "Full Templates" as shown in the screenshot:

3. Click on the blue button to download the template as shown in the screenshot:

4. You will get an .exe file, clic to install it

5. Once the installation in complete, you will get an iwzip file in the path C:\Users\Your Username \Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 Templates\PetsVet:

6. Open WebSite X5, select Edit an existing project and Import .

7. Go to C:\Users\Your Username \Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 Templates\PetsVet and select the iwzip file to import it

It seems that you still have issues related to the write permissions set on your Windows. Please reinstall the iwzip but this time choose another folder in C: when you get to this stage:

Please always start the installation process and the program as administrator

The screenshot you show above is the normal one for X5 at this stage of opening. When you click on the GREEN arrow top right, you will get to the section where you can load a project. If there are no projects there to load, then either you have not created any yet or you have changed the default location where they are stored when you reinstalled.

please download your PetsVet template again as shown above, then please click on the .exe file to open it and follow the installation procedure again. You will get to the following section:

Here, you need to click on browse and choose another folder. 

The issue you are experiencing is due to the write permissions set on your PC. As I mentioned, don't forget to start both template installation procedure and software as administrator.

You are attempting to load a Template in the screenshot above. If you do not have a previous created project, you need to create a new project and then add the template. Select "Create a New Project" and then click on the green arrow on the top right. It then gives you the template option.

At this stage, just choose one of the templates offered that is in the same category as your website theme. Don't worry about trying to get the one you have paid for as yet - it can be added in later. The important thing is to get a project started, so we can see if the program is working correctly or not.

If you are still having problems following Waynes instructions could I ask that you create a new user (assuming Win10) by going to Settings, Accounts, Family and Other Users, add someone else to this PC. Make it a local account by selecting "I don't have this persons sign in information", put in a name and I would not bother with password. When the user is created change the account to administrator.

Now log off and log on as the new user.

WX5 will already be there, so run it and create a new project following the details provided by Wayne.

If this does not work, please advise.
