Mandar, have you tried after a reboot? It appears that WX5 is open at the time of attempted update.

Hi Mandar.

This error can sometimes pop up due to particular permissions set on the software after launching, but shutting it down and launching it again should work in most cases.

If it doesn't, feel free to download the full installer directly from the "My Downloads" page here on the Help Center, which will install the full version of the software directly
