Today I updated to Website X5 evo 2019.1.7, My slider created with Jssor Slider works fine in X5 preview browser but after exporting the website to disk or to my ftp server images in Jssor Slider does not appear, it shows an broken link icons on each slider's image. Images are exported in pluginAppObj folder correctly but does not appear on the website.

Attached is a window from image info taken from Firefox and I can see images from Jssor Slider have their type as text/html, not as image .JPG and not showing the correct dimensios which sould be 1500 x 550 px.

Maybe this helps to show you the problem.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

Thank you very much in advance.

With Website X5 before last update all worked fine with Jssor Slider.

Hello, I just checked it out.Everything is working fine for me.

Try unloading the whole site again and not just the changes.Clear your browser's cache. What is your version of PHP on the server?
Please give a link to a page with a slider.

Thank you very much for your answer!

I deleted all the website, uploaded the whole website again, cleared all browser's caché and problem remains, Server's PHP version cannot tell you because in this case the server is not mine and I don't have full access to it, only to ftp and it does not have a php info file on it. But before the last update of X5 all in Jssor slider was working fine after exported.

I also exported the website to a local folder and checked it on Firefox (my defalut browser), chrome and IE.On three browsers images in www.cydisa.com.mx/nuevows/index.html don't appear, just as a broken link, you can see it once you enter the URL.

As I have a backup in local folder prior to Website X5 evo 2019.1.7 update I can see that pictures on it show perfect. I can see the images in pluginAppObj folder with its Jssor Slider .css but they don't show on site.

On browser I clic "image info" and I see that its properties are different before and after update. I think there can be the problem but don't know how to correct it. Attached are those screenshots.

Thank you again for your answer!

Hello Aleksej, thanks for your answer but as matter of fact the problem started just after updated Website X5 from prior to last version 2019.1.7. Before this update everything was working fine.  I'm using Jssor Slider V12, even uninstalled Jssor Slider, reinstalled it, generated the slider again but the problem persist. Previewing with Website X5 preview browser all images in Jssor slider appear perfect but after exporting my site to local disk or ftp server the images on Jssor slider does not show, I only can see at top left corner an icon of broken link, not sowing in Firefox, Chrome or IE, here's the result: www.cydisa.com.mx/nuevows if you would like to check, I can see all images exported in the generated pluginAppObj folder.

This is a website I was almost ready to deliver.

Maybe you can have any ideas to correct this? I hope so and thank you very much again for your answer.

Best regards

"Maybe you can have any ideas to correct this? I hope so and thank you very much again for your answer." - I think this is a problem in the object itself. I notified Incomedia about your situation. We will wait for their response.

Hi Latif

Unfortunately, I can't seem to be able to visit this URL: www.cydisa.com.mx/nuevows

I get a connection timed out that stops me from viewing the website. Are you aware of such issue?

Even though I'm unable to analyze your situation in particular, I want to inform you that a new update for JSSOR has been released today which perhaps will take care of your problem as well since it already aimed to fix a similar issue

Try it out and keep me posted here with the result

Thank you

Stefano

Hi Stefano, thank you very much for your answer. Last night I decided to purchase the Swiper Animated Slider in the market place as I was in a hurry to deliver this website. I also moved my website to its final location which is: www.cydisa.com.mx for delivery.

Also, as you wrote, I found today an update for Jssor Slider and did it. So everything is working fine now!

I'm aware that maybe you cannot visit the URL. I don't know which provider are giving the hosting service to my client but I will tell him about that issue for correction.

Thank you very much again for your kind answer!

Best Regards

Latif
