Resizing the Title section

I am building a new site. When viewing the Viewport 1, 2 and phone views the Title and Menu write over the picture.
How can I fix this without removing things? I have "Adapt Font Size..." checked on the text, and there's no option to do this with the picture.
I have 3 screenshots to help you see where my issue is, but apparently you can only attach one file.
I've attached the Phone screenshot.

Viewport 1 screenshot (this one is good, no resizing needed), and the Desktop view is fine as well.

This is also happening with the Footer. The email address isn't resizing and gets cut off.
Hello.Try to set the desired size and position of the picture for each screen (break point).
