How To Install Purchsd Tempolate Pkgs

I tried to load the two template packages I purchased but when I try to install I get the message that Website X5 installation path cannot be found When I find the path to the software it still doesn't like it. How do I install the 2 template pkgs I boiugt Not a very promosing beginning to say the least

I tried the pathy to thge directory where it installed itself
C:\Program Files (x86)\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution\WebSiteX5.exe
When that didn't work I tried
C:\Program Files (x86)\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution\WebSiteX5.exe\templates
What I didn't do was copy the files templatepack901 and templatepack902 directly into
C:\Program Files (x86)\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution\WebSiteX5.exe\templates and then retry
Advice ?
I'm unimpressed that s/w gets shipped without instructions and that can't find the path the installation s/w created for itself. If this was freeware perhaps thre would be an excuse but I paid for both template sets. If that is an indication of the level of expertise, attention to detail, caring about customers and professionalism of the company then perhaps I made a mistake, should take my lumps and just unistall everything write a scathing review on the internet and seek out a company that knows how to write software for the internet
I should NOT have to be doing this (BTW I was VP operations of a major computer coimpany with 900 s/w folks reporting to me so I am patient but also know malpractice when I see it.

Your path should look something like this: C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution.
