Data sent by Client through Data form can't received. (Suddenly Blocked)  en

Dear Sir,

I am using website (http://www.nrcmushroom.org/Extension/) last 7 years. All are working fine, but suddenly last month to till date my clients send data through online form but I am not able to receive. Kindly help.. Screen shot below, as suggested on discussion..on helpcentre.  I have tried all mentioned in help centre.  I have hosted same contents on another hosting provider, but still fail. It means there is no issue of hosting end. This may be due to upgrade of base software WebsiteX5 or any bug in the phpmailer scripts...  Kindly resolve this issue..

Hello.Most likely this is due to updates on the servers.A security vulnerability has been found in the phpmailer script.In this regard, there were server updates.This is not only related to Website X5. The Website X5 has also updated phpmailer script. Try using SMTP or update the program.

Thank you very much Aleksej H.  I have tried using SMTP, but still fail. I have hosted same contents on different server, also 'off' the web application firewall but not working. Third option I have not applied, I have no idea how to update the program. My WebsiteX5 version is  12.0.10.32.

Please support and resolve this issue.

Deepak, recent changes to many hosting accounts require the sender email address to be an email address at the current domain (when my host enforced this rule they did not tell me either)

Please try changing the sender address to sender at nrcmushroom.org

Please also be aware that all support for v12 has ceased (moderators will continue to assist where they can, but Incomedia cannot help). It is also possible that your hosting account no longer supports techniques used back in v12, perhaps it is a good time to consider the purchase of the latest evo version of WX5

Thank you very much Esah for support... I have tried this email address (***) but still fail... i think it is Websitex5 V12.0.xx bug... I am not clear.. If I purchase upgrade version of WX5, they will resolve my this issue. If Yes, I will go for purchase..

"I have tried using SMTP, but still fail." - check the settings of the SMTP.Write to hosting technical support.Please specify which SMTP settings you need to use and can you use SMTP?

Deepak, this is not a bug in v12 (if it was you would have been having issues since day 1), I do not know what the issue is, but I am still using the same procedure for email that I used way back in version 8, but I did have to change the sender email account to a domain email account. If you contact your host I am sure they will advise.

As for moving to the latest version, please do. You will have a 30day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.

Be advised you cannot simply open your old website in the new program. In your existing install go to step 5 and export project. This will create an iwzip file. In the new version, import.

I don't remember if you can with version 12, but...

Gmail require SMTP autenticated

And you must enter in your gmail account to "Allow less secure apps to access your Gmail account"
