Sticky bar is only showing on the home page what ever I do

The sticky bar issue, raises its head, It only works on the home page, I have closed the site, closed the programme, ive not uploaded it yet as Ive only just started on this site,
What I want to know, will it not work if their is no content on a page even though I am scrolling the page, or should it work with or without content on the page.
It looks a good upgrade, but it is quite a bit different from my older version, so finding things is a little bit time consuming, just could not afford to keep updating.
if it should be on every page regardless, is their a setting that sets the sticky bar to every page in a site?

Have you checked if "sticky bar" is active in other resolution (mobile, tablet...)?
(STEP 2 > TEMPLATE > STICKY BAR)
Simon, if the page has no content try placing an html object on the page and give it a depth of 400 or so px. Does the sticky bar now appear??
Be aware that WX5 does not cope well with empty cells on any page. Please add object/s (they need not have content) so there are no empty cells.
