"My project language is (Turkish) but, after the installation, every Turkish charactes mixed." - try some of this:

1. Find out in the technical support of your hosting provider how you can configure the encoding on the hosting and what it should be.
2. Try to completely delete all site files from the hosting and re-upload it.
