Since installing new upgrade, I am no longer able to view my footer text. What is going on here Incomedia?

I am in the footer section of the template and I have attempted to place images and text inside of it an nothing shows up while previewing in browser or program viewer. I have deleted software and reinstalled and still the same problem. Don't know if I want to try and work with previous sites developed in this program due to the fact that I may lose important information.

Sometimes objects are out of the normal area for objects, then they are harder to find.
check in step 5 analyse website if there are error (switch alert on) that give the message objects exceeds working area the type an viewport is then given.
For the preview, try it with ctrl-key pressed.
