Hello. Temporarily disable your antivirus, firewall and any other protection. Run the program as administrator. Try to reduce the number of empty grid cells on the page. Better not to have them. You can place text objects in them, for example.
Petr, I would put money on Aleksej's advice re empty cells. Try deleting empty rows or columns (they are easy to put back) and place a text object in every empty cell, row or column before attempting save/preview. Simply replace each or add content to complete your page later.
The only other known conflict is onedrive. It can be problematic when the documents folder has been moved into the onedrive folder (apparently dropbox and other synchronising software can also wreak havoc) or if working from "the cloud".
