Footer above header after upgrade

I recently upgraded from v16 to most recent X5 Pro. On one of my websites, all of my footer text now shows above the header. Another website I designed using the same template shows correctly.
I've compared the differences between the two and can't find anything significant. No change I've made -- to footer content or template structure -- makes any difference.
It's driving me crazy. Any ideas?

Hello. Please provide a link to the site page where you can observe your problem. Send screenshots of the site header and footer in the program.

There's a screenshot attached to my original post. I don't have a page link because there's no way I'm uploading my site in that condition.
"There's a screenshot attached to my original post." I need a screenshot of the entire program window with the site header.
"I don't have a page link because there's no way I'm uploading my site in that condition." - You can create a test subdomain for these purposes.

I appreciate your help! Attached are screen caps of the site header, footer, and index page.
I managed to get the footer to show at the bottom, but on the index page it's positioned wrong. It's correctly centered on all other pages, which I think is even weirder than if it were the same on all pages. That makes me think the problem is actually with the index page.
Since it's fixed except for the index page, I went ahead and uploaded the updated site. The index page is here.
I do not see a problem with your site.Try clearing your browser cache.

Thanks for your reply! Can you tell me what browser you're viewing it on? On Firefox and Edge for Windows it looks like this, with the footer pushed to the left:
Same on Safari for iOS:
"an you tell me what browser you're viewing it on?" - Windows 10 Pro x64:
Mozilla Firefox 89.0.2
Google Chrome 91.0.4472.124
Microsoft Edge 91.0.864.64
Opera 77.0.4054.172
macOS 10.14:
Safari 12.1 (14607.1.40.1.4)
It's okay.I don’t see the problem.
