"transfer - limited or unlimited" - I am not aware of these restrictions.

"backups - are they or not" - as far as i know there are no backups.

"help assistance of admins - as slow as here or faster?" - the same. This is the same technical support.

"where are servers: USA, Europe" - seems to be in Italy.

It sounds like a joke - hosting pro for one website. I wait for offical answer about other paramethers.

I have held off paying for "Update Protection" for over 2 years, as the extra features etc were not worth what was being asked for them. I run basic sites that don't yet do E-Commerce but I was waiting for this to get sorted and working properly before making any update. So far, I haven't seen this happen but this new version seemed to offer a better chance of fixing these issues. Thanks, Alexsej for answering the above questions but I have one to add to this: Has anyone actually set up an E-commerce site using the new hosting option....and it works without issues? Until I know that this new version does what it promises, I am not prepared to update.
