All my details are correct. I entered my email address and password in the access, but it won't let me on my website. What might be the problem? It says that the user or password is invalid... Everything is updated on the site, but it still doesn't work... What could be the reason? Somebody help me! Thank you very much in advance...

Of course, everything is correct and as prescribed... it still doesn't work. I also updated the entire page, but that didn't solve the problem either.

The access data is correct, there is no error message, but the login form is displayed again.

Maybe upload the whole website again with WebSite X5, maybe something was not uploaded correctly.

I set up an admin login on my brother's website (Evo version) and the admin access worked.

It also works on my website with the Pro version.

If it doesn't work, the moderators should take a look at the problem.

Unfortunately, I've already tried everything. I uploaded it again using the X5. Anyway, I always upload the website with the X5. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with the mobile app either. It also generates an error message there. So I don't understand... I really need some help, because without it I have no statistics, even though I really need it right now. Somebody help me! Thanks

If an error message appears in the mobile app, then post it here, it may contain important troubleshooting tips.

There is no forwarding to https on the website, this should be set up because an error can also have its cause elsewhere.

Just write the same thing there. You can see the page, but it won't let you enter.

By the way, don't you know why Google Chrome says that the website is not secure? What should be set for this?

Then wait for the moderators, they should get in touch in the morning hours.

If there is still information about the problem, then post it here so that the moderators can find a solution sooner.

The admin access works fine for me, so I can't say anything about possible problems. Since I only have a notebook and a landline phone, I can't test it on the mobile phone - sorry.

Chrome and Edge browsers show the message "Not Secure" because the web address doesn't start with https://

Firefox displays a crossed out padlock if the web address doesn't start with https://

A forwarding code from http to https is required in the .htaccess file on the web space.

And in website X5, under "5 Export > Export the website to the Internet", the "URL of the website" must start with "https" and not just "http".

Forwarding code from http to https, see

----- Post from Andreas S. - Moderator (translated with Google) -----

You should set the automatic redirection to https in your provider account. If there is nothing there then you need to resolve it oer htaccess file.

To do this, use the Windows Notepad to create a file with the following content:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]

Save this as htaccess.txt, for example. Then rename it to .htaccess (yes, the dot has to be in front) and load it into your server directory. This means that every call to your site is automatically directed to the https site.

If everything is set up correctly, including automatic forwarding from http to https, then wait for the moderators, maybe they already have experience with this problem and know what helped back then.

Unfortunately I cannot help here.

Unfortunately, I cannot solve the entry into the X5 manager. It keeps saying invalid user or password...

If the username or password is wrong when you log in, then of course it doesn't work, but there was no error message before and not in my test now either.

So it's probably one of those problems that keep you and others busy for a long time and usually have a surprisingly simple solution.

Perhaps provide information about the PHP version on the web space, server with Linux or Windows and whether the displayed version (pro 2023.1) is used by WebSite X5.

I don't think I can do more, so wait and see.
