Problem updating my website on the Internet

Hello
The function that is supposed to update content on my website isn't operating as it should.
But when I go to check on my site, I see that nothing has changed.
After speaking with my hosting provider, they informed me that the issue was caused by my software: Website X5 pro V2023.1.5

First the following question: did you refresh the display with F5 after uploading and calling up the website in the browser?
second: can you give us the url of the website so that we can analyze it better.

Yes, after applying the update I pressed the F5 key, and the update appears
However, the update is not displayed when I open my site with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
I opened my website on a different computer, but the update was not there.
In addition, I upgraded my software, and it is currently running version 2023.2.5.

Is your web host one.com? Something was changed there for the upload. A similar problem was solved in this post, maybe it will help you.

It took some time, but I was finally able to figure out what the issue was, and I am now free to make any necessary changes to my website.
