Under "My profile" and here under "My details" you can change the email

I have attempted to do that over and over again, but after saving the change, it reverts back to the old email

Since this email address is linked to the program and the license, this can probably only be changed by Incomedia employees.

I thought that was the case, so I sent the same enquiry to Incomedia and they are not responding. Do you have any altenative suggestions to contact them

The Incomedia staff also look at the community posts and could reply during the day (European time).

Hi I also need to change my email address as my current email address will cease to function next month, how can I contact someone from Incomedia about this?
