Order emails are not coming

I am using Version 2023.2.8, orders placed in my e-mail account that I created for sales are not received, and I also order as a customer and I do not receive e-mails as a customer.

And to sending email from the website is better to use an email associated to your domain name and not like @gmail.com or @hotmail.com
Check the sending email too like ***. Should be better

Did you have checked with other sending methods ?
Do you have asked to your provider if they have some error logs about emailing ?

Can you please attach here a screenshot that shows how the emails are configured in Step 5 -> Export the website online -> Parameters -> Email?
Also, can you verify with your hosting provider that "PHPMailer" is available to use on their hosting space?
