Change the attachement file language other than english ( chose file)

Hello,
In the general information, I have change the language to Dutch instead of English aiming to change the attachment file option language (choose File) to Dutch instead of English, however, still the button showing (choose file) instead of (bladeren).

the message boxes & buttons into the browser are using the OS language and not a wsx5 setting

... (It > En) ... if you want to do it, you can mask, simulate and customize with EXTRA code...
