I have had a site made for a long time and it was time to update from version 2323.3.5 to version 2023.3.10, every time I try to open the project it gives an error. ps help me.

There are other projects there, do they load?
If other projects load you could try selecting your "new project" and have a look to see if there is a redo option under backup
If no projects will load, there may be an issue with the upgrade so I would go to your profile and download the latest version and do a clean install.
For future reference, you should regularly create your own backup (step 5, export project) as an iwzip. This file will reliably allow you to restore any project! Hindsight is a wonderful thing. . . .

have you tried moving the project to a different folder?
It would seem something is preventing the software to access the path where it's located.
