I have login problems with the access management.

I login with the correct user name and password and I get a message - incorrect user name or password.

It then gives me - Email and password entry - I then enter these and it then logs me in.

Website X5 Pro 2024.4.8

First thing i would try is to clear cookies from your webbrowser.

Hi Andre,

Thank you for you reply, I clear all the cookies but this didn't fix the issue.

Could you please change the password for your user and re-export the website, and check if you encounter the same issue with the new password?

Hi Eric,

I have found in the Login/Logout setup it says  Username & Password  with the entry boxes having these words  greyed. when you enter the username and password you get the error wrong user or password.

I have changed the greyed username entry box to Email and enter the details this way , and goes straight in.

I thick the setup label need to say Email not Username.
