Problem with iubenda banner on index.php with dynamic content
Autor: Jaroslav D.Dear Incomedia Community.
I am having a problem with the iubenda cookie banner being inserted after the <head> tag. I have embedded dynamic login-protected content on the page created by Website X5 Pro 2024.4.10. Data from this dynamic object is sent to a file within the hosting (not in DB). Because of this dynamic content, the format of this page is index.php. My problem is that when I upload the finished page to the final hosting, the pop-up banner from iubenda does not appear and so does not load e.g. the YouTube video thumbnails on this first page. I have tried removing this dynamic content and saving the page as index.html. In this case the iubenda banner loads on the page without problems and I can thus enable cookies and play loaded YT videos.
Please advise me some solution to my problem. My goal is to keep the dynamic content on the page (so the page will be in index.php format) and to display a popup banner from iubenda with information about cookies and with the option to enable these cookies on the page.
The site is here: https://iret.fmmr.tuke.sk/en/index.php
Thank you very much for your help and suggestions.
(It > En) ... ... while waiting for the experts to answer you, what I notice now regarding the LINK you posted, is that you got an important factor wrong, the site address in step_5:
>> ▪ WebSite Address (URL): if you use a "WebSite X5 Hosting" space, this field reports the website URL read-only (such as http//www.mysite.com) (*) the website will be available on once it is online. If, on the other hand, you use another Provider, you need to report the URL yourself: this information is necessary for the possible RSS Feeds, E-commerce and the automatically created and corrected SiteMap to work properly.

KolAsim, thank you for your post and reply. In case of link form, I would just like to highlight that format of my index file is PHP. Of course, I uploaded website in step 5 by link: http://iret.fmmr.tuke.sk/en Therefore site is uploaded is in line with your recommendation.
... I see, good, you have applied the correction correctly...
...!... your real HOME is index.html, and not index.php ...!...
... all the pages of the site are related to the HOME index.html
... iubenda works in the current regular page index.html:
... if things remain the same, you must delete the resulting file of the index.php page online...
... you can do it with FTP in step_5, or with the server's FileManager...

.
... if for any reason you need the HOME in PHP, i.e. index.php, then in the Project, at Step_3 you must select the HOME PAGE, open the Properties, assign the php file extension, activate Ctrl+Preview, check that the HOME has become index.php, and then perform a complete, total export of the Project online...
.
... once this is done, then on the network via FTP you must select the resulting file index.html and delete it...
.

Hi KolAsim. Thank you for your additioonal check of issue. Yes, you are right. The site has been changed during last night :-). I resolved my problem with iubenda cookie banner and dynamic content within index.php by moving of whole dynamic content to new standalone hided page called news.php. Then I rename origin home page from index.php to index.html. After that I embed requested part of dynamic content from news.php into index.html by script. By this way I resolved my issue.
So KolAsim, I would like to thank you for your suggestions and interest in my problem.
... OK ... ciao ...
