I think many of you might be able to assist. My shopping cart isn't processing the orders to my email. I get the payment but not what was actually ordered so there's no way to fulfill without contacting the customer. Really need help getting this resolved quickly. I have the correct email in place to receive, i've even tried different emails as a test.

Below are 3 screenshots of my demo shop and the settings on WebSite X5 as well as the email that I received as the shop operator in my email inbox.

1. The setting “data sending by email” in WbSite X5 is important.

Otherwise you may want to test “data sending to the database”.

2. It is also important to use the domain email address in the email parameters under:

5 Export > Export the website to the Internet / Parameters

                      ______/ Email /____

And here you can switch between the old and new e-mail script by checking the box.

Maybe test it without checking the box.

3. I have just placed a test order in my demo shop.

The shop operator in the web host email inbox received an email.

Now I remembered.

The checkmark next to "Allow sending from alternative senders" must be removed if the customer receives an e-mail but the shop operator does not receive an e-mail.

See point 2 and screenshot (2) above.

If the shop has the setting “Sending data to the database”, then the orders can be managed in the control panel and the customers’ orders can also be viewed there.
