Eu preciso extender o prazo de minha licença, pois formatei meu pc e agora não consigo ativar o programa. Como devo proceder ?
Ao instalar obtive o código: 314 de erro.

I see you've done three installations on three different PC.
with 1 license you can install the program only on 2 different pc.

I recently purchased the webx5 full program from your company and ever since I formatted my computer I have been having problems to register the program again. This is what happened, during the installation process I received an alert message number 314 andI would like to know how to proceed to be able to register the program again, given the fact that I just purchased it, or if I have to pay any extra feesto prolong the the activation process because I will have to format my computer again in the next days. I will change my OS 32 bits to 64 bits.
You have installed the program on 3 different pc and you want install on 4° pc.
When you have the final pc. install the software on this, if the registration program stops you need to follow this passages:
-when the registration program start, click on CTRL and Next.
-select save istructions and open the file with your browser.
- than send us the computercode, you can see it in the link.
on the PC that you're sure to be the final.
For test you can install the demo version and not the full version.

At this moment, I have 2 installed program on 2 PC. But I was formated my unit. My question is: In the future, when I need install again this software..

Can I transfer, this licence to other PC? If I want format my system?
I think about your system, you have a solution for this case?
If I bought the licence and I need change my system, I will lost the licence code?
How many times I can generated other copys?

If you need to format the pc, you can do it, the computer is the same pc-code and you can unlock it.
With one licence you can register the software in two different pc.
I see that you have installed the software in three different pc, installa the software in these pc that you have unlocked.

When I reset my system (format), I can´t unlock, but I will try again, and send to you the screen. I have two machines (PCs) only. The third copy as unlock, at the first PC. After formated. Can you understand? Thanks again!
Hi Josue,
you can see the pc was unlocked at your "my licences" page in your user profile.
You can install the software in your 3 machine when you have request the unlock.
