How to make a news template which will show text/article and photo in each sliide, and will switch from one slide to another? Sorry for my poor terminology, please view the sample template namedv "What's New" on the link www.ccift.org.tw

The part where pictures are shifting is a slideshow made with a seperate flash slideshow program. There are some that are free of charge on the internet. ofcource if you want more effects or option then you have too look for a payed software package.

you can find a lot of programs in demo version to test them and see if they do waht you expect. I would suggest to try some in demo version and also some free version, googling keywords like "flash slideshow creator" or "flash slideshow generator".
