How to back up files to another PC

i am going to change PC and i want to tranfer all information to my new PC.
can somebody teach me how to transfer my files safly?
and when i back up files, will it remail in the same place, or in a new PC location of the files will be changed?

You can save your projects to anyplace yoy want, for instance a mem stick.
You can import this from the mem stick to the new pc.
Use nr5 export and then export project.
when you work from your new pc, the old pc will not be updated. The project file you have made a backup off will contain all the files necessary.
