Dear Sirs,
We have considered your company a serious and trustful one. And actually you are. However, I wonder what right you have to pass our details to the third parties such as Ashampoo and Sendblaster etc…, whose main intention is to get a few miserable Euros by cheating your customers under the coverage of offers, discounts, etc… 19,9 Euros neither makes us rich nor poor but affects your reliability.

Did you receive emails directly from Ashampoo or Sendblaster?
If you refer to the offer for the Suite Upgrade, you received it as our customer, because it's an offer that we propose, but the other companies do not have access to your details. They will receive you details only if you buy the offer because, in this case, they need to generate a licence for you.
Please let me know what happend because for us it's important to continue to be trustful for our customers.
