Dear Sirs,

Trusting the indications of Incomendia, yesterday 23/10/2012, via your company I purchased those three softwares announced as discounted: Minisites, Ashampoo 10 and Sendeblaster 2.

After installing, I noticed that you have abused the Incomendia's reputation to sell some useless and obsolete stuff by calling them "discounted".

Since, today is only the second day since the purchase of the above-mentioned material, therefore I'll appreciate if you refund the mount of money that I have paid for them.
