The setiings used for all profiles and access page are the same so can not understand why the first one created works but all subsequent ones do not.

Hello Jason,
A small idea : did you thought to allow access to the already created page to the new users ? If they are in the same group as the first one the allocation should be automatic... Hope this can help a bit

Not sure I understand.
So this worked and still works as he is able to still log in
And repeated for the other users to be added to that group.
So I would of persumed I have done it right, I done it exactly the same for all users as I did for USER 001, however they get username/password error in the log in page.
Hope the above explanation is not too confusing lol, but I really can't see where I have gone wrong
Any help appreciated

Any help please admin, I have tried lots of different approaches, I have checked with my server that sessions is available and ON (from another thread on here).
Here is a screen shot of my access page setting in x5 evolution 9
The "Jason" user was the first one I added as a test and worked and still works ok
So I have locked the Free to subscribers page on my website. This then had a log in page setup automatcally by x5 and I have added the users and made the entrance page for all users as the Free to subscribers page
Must be something wrong, either software, server or error on my behalf
Hello Jason,
Have you checked if in Step 2 - Sitemap creation - on the locked page the other users are activated?
Have you tried to export the complete project again to see if after the login works?
Many thanks!

Oh now I have seen how this works.
This is to be found in the Toolbar instructions in the Help section (attached a picture) for anyone who comes across this problem0
I would say that I think the instructions in the access management page should have this part of the help there rather than just in the Toolbar help section.
But thanks all the same, now working
