Hi, I have websitex5 evolution purchased a few years ago. Can I update to the latest version in one go. Only I read somewhere that you needed to do it in stages. Also where can I upgrade?? Dave

Use your email adres that you used to buy your version in your profile. You will then get info in your profile. (updates and licence etc.)

Thanks for trying to help. I have never found anything in my profile relating to what software I have. I have never seen anything about updates. I suppose it must be me and the info is there somewhere although I doubt it. Every once in a while I attempt to probe deeper to get something good out of the site but to no avail. I did try to put my unlockcode in once and all I get is the following message: ATTENTION: The Licence Key entered does not exist therefore it is not valid. Please make sure you have typed in correctly all the characters.
I have purchased a genuine product and the code must have worked when I purchased the program. I think I would be better of spending my money on another brand of software who may have a site that is easily navigated by a rookie like my self.
Mayby Incomedia can take a look. If you use in your profile (click on your picture) the same email as with registration than you can find your licence key and newest updates for download there. I have a lot of registered software but non as nice as incomedia has it.....
But if it not works than offcource it not nice. Wait for Incomedia staff, it's a little busy because of the new update, but they will check it out.

I wasnt particularily looking for offers, just wanted to have a newer version and hoped it would work with my existing work done in version 7.

Hello Dave, because v7 is too old, there's no direct conversion from 7 to 10 direcly. The only possible solution is to send us (as a Zip file) your IWP file from v7, so we can use v8 and v9 to convert it to v10!
