After formatting my machine, I am trying to activate my license and all times day INCOMEDIA probably the server is down. This is happening for 4 days! I need to update my site and I can not!! Urgently need help, please.

I kindly ask you to try to install the program again. If there is too much traffic on our websites unfortunately, the above mentioned errore can occurr.
