Project Selection grayed out can't continue

Someone please help, I've just downloaded websitex5 compact ver 9.10 paid ver. After launching it I downloaded several templates, all free. I then opened the project selection page tried both create a new project and select an existing project. This is where my problem start or ends. I can't move forward from this point! all my options are grayed out? What is going on? I don't want to cast judgement on this program this early in the game, but if I were to be asked, I would say this program sucks. F2FFG

If youhavecreatedtheir projectsbefore buying the"V9compact"with a newer orlargerversion, you get theerror messagedisplayed.Before indicatedcan not be openedwith olderorsmaller versions,because the functionsdo not match.The same applies totemplate fromnewer versions.
Thelatest official version ofv9evois9.1.12.1975,the current versionofv10evois10.0.8.35
Since they havenot registeredyour versionof thisprofile,we can not seeexactlywhatyoudescribeas acompactversion 9.10unfortunately?

About the templates, you cannot import them since they are only for the Evolution Version and not for the Compact Version.
Can you please send me also a screenshot of the Project Selection window to see what exactly happens when you choose to start a new project?
